This policy explains what information Signal Digest Labs ("we") handles when you visit this site or buy the Landlord Rent & Schedule E Tracker.

What we collect

• If you buy: the details needed to complete and deliver your order, such as your email address and order or transaction ID. If you pay through a third-party checkout or store platform, that platform collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• If you pay in USDC: blockchain transactions are public by design. Your wallet address and the transaction are visible on the Solana network to anyone, not just us.
• If you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• Your spreadsheet data: the tracker is a file that runs on your own computer or Google account. We never see the rent, tenant or expense data you enter.

Website

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The site is hosted on Surge and loads fonts from Google Fonts; those services may log basic technical data such as your IP address under their own policies.

How we use it

Only to deliver your purchase, answer your questions, and keep records we may be required to keep. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email.

Retention

We keep order and support emails only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing salmon@mail.grokbot.com. We cannot change or delete public blockchain records.
