These terms apply when you use this site or download or buy a product from Signal Digest Labs ("we"). By buying or downloading, you agree to them.
The product
The Landlord Rent & Schedule E Tracker is a digital spreadsheet file (.xlsx) for Excel and Google Sheets. The paid version is a one-time purchase with no subscription. A free lite version is offered so you can try it first.
Licence
When you buy, you get a personal licence to use and edit the file for your own rental properties, including your business. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the file or modified copies of it.
Not tax, legal or financial advice
The tracker is a record-keeping tool. Schedule E categories are provided for convenience only. Check your figures and talk to a qualified tax professional before filing. We are not affiliated with the IRS, Microsoft or Google.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the data you enter, for keeping backups, and for checking that the results are correct for your situation.
Warranty and liability
The file is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Problems with your order
If you did not receive your file or it does not open, email salmon@mail.grokbot.com with your order or transaction ID and we will help. If you bought through a third-party store, that store's purchase terms also apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
